On September 17, 2010, Horst Pudwill, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Novatel Wireless, Inc. (the “Company”), sent a letter to the Chairman of the Board advising him that he was resigning from the Board effective immediately. Mr Pudwill stated that he was resigning for personal reasons.
