Artis is an investment adviser whose clients have the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the proceeds from the sale of, the Stock. No individual client, other than 2X, holds more than five percent of the outstanding Stock.

Item 7. Identification and Classification of the Subsidiary Which Acquired the Security Being Reported on By the Parent Holding Company.

Item 8. Identification and Classification of Members of the Group.

The filers are filing this Schedule 13G jointly, but not as members of a group, and each expressly disclaims membership in a group. Artis is a registered investment adviser and is the investment adviser of 2X. Artis Inc. is the manager of Artis. Mr. Peterson is the president of Artis Inc. and the controlling owner of Artis and Artis Inc. Each of Artis, Artis Inc. and Mr. Peterson disclaims beneficial ownership of the Stock, except to the extent of its or his pecuniary interest therein. In addition, the filing of this Schedule 13G by 2X should not be construed as an admission that it is, and 2X disclaims that it is, the beneficial owner, as defined in Rule 13d-3 under the Act, of any of the Stock covered by this Schedule 13G.
