(Nasdaq: NVTL), a leading provider of intelligent wireless solutions, today announced that it has entered into a Supply Agreement with LoJack SCI, the leading supplier of supply chain integrity and tracking solutions. The agreement includes Machine-to-Machine (M2M) mobile tracking and workforce monitoring devices by Novatel Wireless, which will serve as a key component of LoJack SCI's cargo and asset tracking offerings. The Agreement also provides for recurring revenue share by Novatel Wireless generated from LoJack SCI's service offerings facilitated by Novatel Wireless technology.
LoJack SCI will market, install and service a wide range of Novatel Wireless' Mobile Tracking (MT) and workforce monitoring solutions, including its industry leading MT™ 4000 and the Mini-MT™. Novatel Wireless Mobile Tracking products will be optimized and integrated with the LoJack InTransit platform to provide high value security, chain of custody and environmental tracking of cargo and related assets, maximizing supply chain performance for their clients.
