Novatel Wireless' extensive portfolio of MiFi related patents. On
September 27th, 2012, Novatel Wirelessannounced
its MiFi 2 next generation device built on proven, award-winning
technology in an all-new, highly innovative design filled with unique
capabilities and performance. The MiFi 2 is the first intelligent mobile
hotspot with a touchscreen display and the most feature rich mobile
hotspot in the market today with breakthrough MiFi user experience — all

Novatel Wireless' MiFi patent portfolio covers a wide range of
intellectual property rights centered on simplicity of the user
experience, device intelligence and connectivity and innovative

the push of a power button. They also cover core MiFi technology, such
as multi-mode functionality of modems — a patent Novatel
Wireless announced in July 2012 focused on wide-area and local area
