Inseego Corp. is a Delaware corporation formed in 2016, the successor to Novatel Wireless, a Delaware corporation formed in 1996, resulting from an internal reorganization that was completed in November 2016.

Our common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “INSG."

When did Inseego's Initial Public Offering (IPO) take place?

Inseego Corp. was created in 2016 and became the parent company of Novatel Wireless, Inc.
Novatel Wireless went public November 16, 2000 under the ticker NVTL, which changed in October 2014 to the ticker MIFI. All shares from MIFI converted to INSG November 9, 2016.

What classes of capital stock does Inseego currently have outstanding?

We currently have only common stock outstanding, although our board is authorized to issue preferred stock.
