Mark Licht has an extensive background in the telematics industry with over 25 years of experience in the formation, financing, and operation of wireless location services and technology companies. He has founded several high-profile companies in the telematics and IoT markets, including Teletrac, Ituran, and Sigma One Communications. Mr. Licht currently serves on the Boards or Advisory Boards of a number of fleet management, insurance telematics, data analytics, autonomous vehicle, predictive maintenance and OEM telematics companies in the United States and Latin America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics.

Dennis Calderon

    Dennis Calderon is responsible for overseeing Inseego’s commercial legal, litigation, intellectual property, corporate compliance and other general legal functions. Mr. Calderon began working with Inseego in June 2013. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Calderon was a partner in Venture Counsel Group, LLP, a boutique corporate law firm serving Southern California technology companies. Mr. Calderon received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Business from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

      Global General Manager, Ctrack

      Cobus serves as Global General Manager of Ctrack, leading the global Ctrack teams and all related business operations. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for DigiCore Holdings Ltd, where he had the responsibility for all finance and business processes. Cobus started his career at Deloitte, specialising in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Cobus also lectured the Accounting Honours programme of the National School of Accounting and was senior lecturer for the same programme at the University of Johannesburg.

      In 2011, Cobus was appointed associate director at EY, specialising in the interpretation and application of IFRS. Cobus was presented the Compliance and Governance Award at the annual CFO South Africa Awards and won the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants award for the Top 35 under 35.
