Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 22, 2018, Stephen Sek, the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Inseego Corp. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he had decided to resign from his position effective June 25, 2018. Mr. Sek has agreed to continue to serve in an advisory role with the Company.
